We are delighted that legal expert Bimal joins More Partnership as a non-executive director from January 2022.

Bimal joins More Partnership with extensive legal experience, with much of his career spent as a partner in global law firm Allen & Overy LLP. Since retiring from this role, he has dedicated time to causes that he is passionate about, including as a trustee for charities in social care and alternative dispute resolution.

As a Board member in our employee-owned company, Bimal will work with colleagues to shape our refreshed strategy, challenge and advise on our approaches in a wide range of strategic areas, and support us in living our values – with each other, and with our clients around the world. He brings a great deal to the More community, including legal and financial expertise and finely tuned analytical skills. A champion for inclusive working cultures, his proven ability to balance different perspectives and to identify and assess information objectively are a wonderful match for the Partnership, and will be greatly valued by us all.
