Leadership for Rising Advancement Stars

23 October 2020

As organisations continue to adapt to new ways of working in the COVID age, More Partnership is delighted to support CASE in the launch of Leadership for Rising Advancement Stars – the first offering under the CASE Academy banner.

More Partner, Ian Edwards, joins a stellar cast on the Faculty for this eight-month online course, which begins on 4th November. Aimed at the Advancement leaders of the future (those with a minimum of five years’ experience, or who are transitioning from a mid- or senior-level role in another profession), each monthly session is a deep dive into a single issue from the carefully curated curriculum and gives participants a unique opportunity to engage with and learn from their peers and global leaders in each field.

Ian will lead the session in February, entitled Enhancing Global Leadership through Cultural Literacy, focusing on how leaders can and must develop cultural intelligence and understanding to take their performance – and that of their teams – to the next level. Ian holds the coveted CASE Crystal Apple award for teaching excellence, and in nearly 15 years at More Partnership, has advised clients on some of the biggest and highest profile university campaigns outside North America – including the £3bn Oxford Thinking campaign, UCL’s £600m It’s all academic campaign and the €400m Inspiring Generations campaign for Trinity College Dublin.

Ian said, “I am thrilled to be part of this exciting offer from CASE. I am deeply committed to seeing our sector thrive – and there has never been a more important time to ensure its leaders are equipped to flourish. The line-up of professionals on the Faculty is second to none, and the combination of strategic guidance, practical advice and peer discussion is key to advancing great ambitions – personal and institutional.
