Faye Clews joins More Partnership

23 October 2026

We are delighted to welcome Faye Clews, who has joined More Partnership as a Partner.

Faye brings 25 years’ experience in fundraising and philanthropy, including 13 years as a consultant. Her work spans arts and heritage, health and medical research, and organisations working for social change.

Her recent consultancy work includes advising London Transport Museum on philanthropy and stakeholder engagement as part of a major capital development programme, and working with the CEO, Board and senior leadership team at Arthritis Action to develop high-value giving and strategic partnerships. She has also worked with organisations including the National Trust, Mary Rose Trust, Wells Cathedral, Big Change and Happier Lives Institute.

For Marc Whitmore, More Partnership’s Managing Partner, it was the variety of Faye’s experience that particularly stood out.

“There’s a big difference between years of experience of the same problems and years spent encountering very different ones. What struck us about Faye is the range she brings: across arts and heritage, health and medical research, social impact and mission-led organisations; and across fundraising itself, from major gifts and capital campaigns to trusts, corporates, partnerships and newer forms of giving. That breadth has given her real insight and judgement, and I’m delighted she’s bringing both to More.”

Having worked independently for many years, Faye was attracted by the opportunity to work alongside other experienced consultants and contribute to the future of an employee-owned business.

“I’ve really enjoyed the freedom of running my own consultancy, but I’ve also become increasingly aware of how much more can be achieved when we bring different people, ideas and expertise together.”

“I’ve admired More’s work for a long time, particularly the quality of its thinking and the experience of its people. I’m really looking forward to learning from colleagues and bringing my own experience to the mix.”
