Marc Whitmore, Partner at More for nine years, will take up his new role with the national youth leadership development organisation in April.

Marc joined More Partnership from YouthNet (now The Mix) in 2011. From the beginning, his passion for education made him a driving force behind our work in the schools sector, and he has played a lead in some of our most enduring international relationships in higher education.

Marc's work has focused on helping organisations to find their own voice, to celebrate what makes them distinctive, raising sights and advancing great ambitions with more than 80 different clients around the world.

Behind the scenes, Marc leaves a lasting impact on our company, too. A formidable debater, he always challenged us to understand the other side of the argument and has played an important role in shaping our values and stewarding us through a period of structural change as part of our management team.
