We are delighted that philanthropy expert Rodolphe Gouin begins as Partner at More Partnership from 13 June 2022.

Rodolphe joins the More Partnership community with extensive experience inspiring and leading world-leading philanthropic campaigns.

He joins us from the Assistance publique - hôpitaux de Paris Foundation (AP-HP), where he was CEO, and AP-HP Director of Philanthropy. The largest hospital system in Europe, with 38 hospital sites employing close to 100,000 staff, AP-HP provides care, research and education in all branches of medicine. Rodolphe has successfully raised €100m since he started the Foundation in 2016, including designing and leading the exceptional €45m fundraising campaign during the height of the pandemic.

Prior to his role at AP-HP, he was Director of Development and Innovation at the Université de Bordeaux and CEO of its Foundation; and a lecturer in Political Psychology. Rodolphe’s professional success comes from an ability to build and grow fundraising operations within complex hospital and university environments, lead strategic initiatives, and secure transformational gifts that respond to context and culture. His approach has been consistently focussed on empowering people to play to their strengths, asking good questions and listening actively to arrive at practical solutions.

Rodolphe is fluent in English and speaks Polish, alongside his native French language; and has collaborated with donors and corporate partners around the world. Based in London, he will join the More community to support clients across Europe and beyond.
