I want to play my part in creating positive change, no matter what my role is. More Partnership gives me the opportunity to do this by helping our consultants to be as effective as they can in advancing our clients’ great ambitions. I have to understand the needs of both the client and the consultant in order to provide support in a variety of ways, whether its project management, research or synthesising information. I’m also fortunate to play a key role in shaping the future of More and how we can continue to help such outstanding organisations flourish. But the most rewarding thing about what I do is getting to work with such a diverse range of clients, all of whom are striving to create a better world.
