Talented coach and fundraiser adds strength and depth to our offering.

More Partnership is delighted to welcome Florence Bill as an Associate Partner. Florence has coached, mentored and trained over 100 fundraisers and fundraising leaders, helping them to progress their fundraising and thrive in their roles. She is passionate about the transformative power of coaching in the fundraising sector, including for people facing change in their personal or professional lives.

Florence has spent more than ten years in the higher education and charity sectors, with organisations such as Birkbeck, University of London, The Union Chapel and Margins Project, the North London homelessness charity. Her expertise covers major gifts work with individuals, corporates and trusts and foundations, developing mid, high level and legacy programmes, major campaigns and talent development.

Florence’s curiosity about people and organisations is a hallmark of her fundraising approach, asking such questions as ‘what really matters’ to people? and ‘how do they see the world – and their place in it?’. This approach helped advance the fundraising ambitions of Birkbeck and many key donors, where she built successful mid and high-level gift programmes in readiness for a major capital campaign.

While helping her team to thrive, Florence began employing coaching techniques and benefited from the support of a Coach. Experiencing the impact of this and recognising a strong desire to support other fundraisers in this way, she re-focused and qualified as a Coach. She now holds the internationally accredited Barefoot Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching and is a Director of Florence Bill Coaching. She is currently completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.
