What is a philanthropic university
and why does it matter?
8 July 2016
Only 50 days left until the CASE Europe Annual Conference 2016!
CEAC always delivers dynamic, informed speakers, an extensive programme of sessions on hot topics, opportunities for sharing ideas, networking and building new relationships.
This year, at CEAC16 in Brussels, More Partnership is pleased to present a session about what it means to be a Philanthropic University, why it matters and how to achieve it.
Speakers Ian Edwards and Joanna Motion will explore this key concept and provide practical advice on what steps you can take to move your organisation from being a university that fundraises to becoming a fundraising university.
They will draw from More’s extensive experience across higher education internationally, and will provide up-to-date insight on how universities have deepened their commitment to philanthropy since the publication of More’s HEFCE commissioned review of philanthropy in UK Higher Education in 2012.
Join us in the conversation. We’ll be talking about this topic over the next few weeks leading up to CEAC on twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Use the hashtags #CEAC16 and #PhilanthropicUni and let us know what you think.
We hope to see you at CEAC16!
